How can I get into Retail Management?

At CSN (community college of southern nevada) theres a certificate of achievement ( 1 year course) for retail management. but after that what else will I have to do to land a job?

1. your best thing to do is start at the bottom Apply at a retail store. you may not have any experinece but they will usually work with you. Retail can be a lot of fun if you have the right managment to back you up. It's a lot of learning, but like i said fun! Wal-mart would be a good place to start. You can move up there pretty fast if you express interest. They have a managment program which they send you away for and then you can get a managment job. What better way to learn than on the job. You're getting paid to learn!
