Recognition Certificates

Can you get a second national record of achievement and if so where?

My national record of achievement is worn out with tears on the sleeves, I also have gained more certificates because of my job and would like to store them some place safe. Can you get a second national record of achievement or if not what would be the best place to put my certificates.
