Where can I find a job and make steady cash when I have a Certificate of Achievement in Photography?

1. Take your book and resume and start knocking on doors. You can check with the PR departments in large companies, news outlets (magazines, newspapers and news agencies), local successful pros (to work as an assistant photographer) and then go to work for a few years and hone your skills. By the way: Who gave you the Certificate of Achievement in Photography and what does it mean? Did you get this from a school? How many units of photography did you take in order to get the cert?
2. The photography field is extremely competitive, especially for the really great opportunities. People with associate degrees are being passed by for people with bachelors (even masters) degrees. I'm sorry to say I don't think you will get too far with a certificate of achievement. Typically those are not issued by institutions that the industry considers reputable.
