What is the difference between M.E and M.Tech post graduation degrees?

Are they same with respect to syllabus and certificate recognitions. Which is more benificial M.E or M.tech can i get into a good job if i do M.E

1. You have to pass Statics and Dynamics for ME and not for Tech. ME is better
2. There is no deference b/w ME & M.Tech All are only Conventional . If ur getting admition in higher (good) University/ College than go for it dont think about ME & MTech. I am also ME person from very reputed college & University in Electronics & Communication.
