what is the recognition of DOEACC "O" , "A", "B" and "C" levels by govt and private sector for jobs employment

i want to know what are the equivalents of DOEACC levels i.e. O level, A level, B level and C level in computers. Are they are equivalent to degree or MCA, if so , then is they are considered by the TOP IT Companies in employing their certificate holders, is it safe doing thease courses instead of normal degree. are they have scope for good career. please provide information about thease as much as u know and tell 100% accurately. actually i am unable to complete my degree due to financial burdens and job responsibilities. so i am looking for get a job in a TOP IT company. is this way is gud , advise me plz
