State of connecticut governors congratulations on 50th wedding anniversary?

I have heard that the governor of ct will send a letter or certificate of recognition to married couples married 50 years i need to know how to have this happen

1. I would say that you would write a letter to her office: Office of the Governor State Capitol 210 Capitol Avenue Hartford, Connecticut 06106 http://www.ct.gov/GovernorRell/site/default.asp Just write something announcing how it is your (or whoever's) 50th anniversary.
2. go to ct.gov and find the link to contact Rell and you should be able to request the letter there.
3. Hi. All states have a website. Go to the website and it should be on there. You can also request one from the President. I did this for my parent's 50th also. Again, go to the website for The White House. If I remember you click on "White House Greetings." This must be done EARLY! You can also request one from your state senators. Simply go to their respective websites. Good luck!
