Recognition Certificates

How would/could I word a recognition award/certificate for my husband?

When I first met my husband (over 3 years ago) the only thing he really new how to do on a car was check the oil or change a tire. Well a few weeks ago something happened to my exhaust causing it to be really loud. Normally to have someone professionally fix it would have been over $300, but my husband with his new skills was able to fix the problem by creating his own contraption with misc. peices costing less than $30. I would really like to make him a certificate saying how far he has come mechanically but I'm not too sure how to word it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I want to frame it so I want it to sound professional. Thanks!
