Recognition Certificates

Do we need a recognition from the Govt to have a type writing institute?

We are planning to have a typewriting institute along with a Computer coaching center .Do we need a Recognition from Govt to maintain it and to give the respective certificates? Please help me out.

2. Sure you need a licence for whatever institute you want to open. You need to apply for it but there surely have some obstacles during your application especially related to $$.
