Where to complain the fraud that is in the name of Yahoo/MSN if the award is not genuine?

I have received a certificate of award for GBP 85000 from a so called agent of Yahoo and windows MSN Beta with Yahoo and WIndows official logo in his letterhead inquiring my details. I know many could have received such kind of awards but this one is different as the official logos are used. How to know if it is bonafide?

1. Hi, I would call Yahoo headquarters in California.I would ask them about this contact you received.You could also write them and get an official letter and answer from them.If it is the real thing,let them tell you so.Some one should know about this letter.Good Luck.
