What is the difference between excellent and achievement award certificate ?

Which one is better ?

1. It depends. if the awards are given by the same organization. It could easily be a Certificate of Excellence., or a COA. But guessing I'll say the Achievement is the fulfillment of requirements. The Excellence surpasses the basic achievement of goals, expectations, etc... Excellence suggest superior accomplishments above and beyond basic achievements.
2. Doing really good and than BAM (baby) that's achievement. Going nice and easy that's excellent :) PS: thing of it as a life not as a ... you know =)
