Recognition Certificates

I need an individual award type to hand out?

For the past 3 years I have coached a high school equestrian team. I have had 10 riders each year. I normally hand out certificates for everyone and 3 year end awards: High Point, Most Improved and Sportsmanship. This year, due to seniors graduating, families moving etc, I am down to four riders total. I think I should have another award type to hand out at the year end banquet so one person doesn't feel left out. Does anyone have any ideas for an award type? Thanks!
