What could i write on my Certificate of Recognition?

I need this for my Project. Like a proof that i Interviewed this Person. I will be interviewing teachers.... can someone help me think of a good Paper? (AND DO I CALL IT A CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION? OR SOMETHING LIKE CERTIFICATE OF ......) This is what i came up of... "This Certificate is proof that (Name) has interviewed (Name of Subject) for the completion of his Career Spotlighting Project" can someone help me make it look MORE formal??? Pleae... the dead line of this project is this July 7 and i havent even started please help... Im 14 yrs old by the way... WTH?! why is July 7 written there... sorry... i meant Friday... this friday... July 31... and how dare you think im stupid...
