Can everyone give me their Employee Recognition ideas?

We are having a meeting in a few days to discuss ideas for bringing up employee moral and recognizing a job well done for all the employees in our department. I would like to know what you have experienced in professional experience. What worked and what didn't. Thanks!

1. Lunch for the department. Works ever time. No one needs to be singled out, every one in the department gets a treat. Lunch can be brought in or take every one to a restaurant. Massage therapist give everyone a 15 min neck ans shoulder massage. Depending on how many folks you got in the department you may need two. 4 hours paid leave, work half a day get paid for a full day. Those have all worked for me. When I was running my own business, I bought lunch every Friday. My guys were most always happy.
